You want coaches to know you, what you bring to a team and how you will contribute to the team's success. Too often, recruits don't receive a fair amount of attention for various reasons. Mostly, it's due to the fact that there's only so much time for a coach to recruit players. We at MatchPlay want to be your partner in the process and assist in multiple ways to help you find your way in the recruiting gauntlet.

MatchPlay is founded by a parent of a college soccer player and a handful of college soccer coaches who believe there's a better way for ambitious athletes to realize their dreams of playing their sport beyond high school. Statistically, it's not easy to become a college athlete, approximately 7%, couple that with the difficult process of being recruited and the chances are further reduced. We are here to increase those odds through the use of data and education of the recruit. Join us in our quest to bring more youth players to the college game.

Transforming Collegiate Athletic Recruitment
The purpose of MatchPlay is to create objective connections for potential collegiate athletes and college coaches by collecting data and utilizing analytics to predict suitability and success. We want recruits to find the right place, not just anyplace. MatchPlay, LLC is a data company that is changing the college athletics recruiting process. We will help you present a clear vision of who you are on the field, what makes you tick as a player, and we will want to make sure the colleges you are interested in (and are interested in you) are a good fit.
Evaluation through a proprietary psychometric assessment, video analysis, biometric data, and a suitability to college evaluation, MatchPlay will disrupt the traditional path to transitioning to college athletics. We have created an algorithmic engine that links each recruit to colleges based on data from deep assessments and evaluations on both the recruit and existing as well as past athletes in each program.

As a coach, your job depends on bringing in the most optimal mix of players. You make additions to your program. Each new player brings risk. Unpredictability is the biggest risk you take when selecting players to bring into your program. MatchPlay will mitigate that risk by offering significantly more predictability and we want you to have as much data as possible. We want you to know WHO recruits are- what makes them tick, and how they think about the game on and off the pitch. You should be able to objectively and effectively compare them to current and past players so you can effectively predict how they will perform under your coaching and in your specific environment.
